PAYMENT INFORMATION:
PayPal is used for all transactions. All payment related information is handled by PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary but recommended. When you create a profile on swampco.com we ask for basic information to help us track your order status should a problem occur. Please refer to our privacy statement page and paypal.com for more information.
We use Lite Commerce & X-Cart for our website interface and shopping cart . Completed checkout is required for a product to be removed from inventory. If you return from PayPal and an item is unavailable you will be notified of its sold out status and your transaction will not be processed.
SHIPPING:
Swamp uses USPS Priority shipping services. Great care is taken to make sure you package arrives safely. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipment.
Free shipping offers apply only in the U.S.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
ALL SALES FINAL
We normally DO NOT accept returns if you pressed the wrong buttons during the order! But will listen to what you have to say and return your money (minus our expenses, including paypal fees and postage) if we think we should, as long as the product is returned (at your expense) in good condition. If you have questions about an item email or call us!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience so if you have any questions please email or call before you order.
We check all products when shipped to make sure they are as described and in great condition. Damaged products related to shipping, please email photos of package before opened and contents after(we want to see the damage for insurance purposes). Most orders are insured so we will start the insurance process with shipper. We will then ask you to return the products for an exchange.
If an exchange is unavailable a refund(minus our expenses including paypal fees and postage if we cannot collect insurance money) will be issued via PayPal. The item and its contents must be returned in its entirety for a refund. Returned items further damaged due to customer negligence upon return will not be accepted, this is why we must see photos of how YOU received order.
